Baby vs. Spoons

I got a little emotional at the check-out when I bought Baby Girl's first spoon. I know a spoon is not a cell phone or car keys. However, it is a sign that my Little One is growing up!

Sleek lines, bold colors, and simplistic designs are some of my favorite qualities of modern baby gear. Some infant products deserve to be on display at the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art and not covered with cereal. These spoons are no exception.

Baby Girl loves the soft tips on these spoons and chews them while she eats.
Beaba First Stage Spoons $19.95; amazon.com

Baby's love contrasting colors and so do I!
Munchkin Soft Tip Infant Spoons $3.99; diapers.com

Had to throw in the traditional baby spoon. Instead of wood this spoon is made of bamboo.
Bambu Baby Feeding Spoons $9.99; amazon.com

The spatula shape of these are handy  for messy little lips and cheeks!
Dr. Brown's Long Spatula Spoon $4.49; amazon.com

I love the little faces on these!
Baby Bjorn Spoons $10.95; diapers.com

A fun modern twist on a classic sterling silver spoon.
Nambe 3 piece set $29.95; amazon.com

Happy Tuesday!
